Cable operators must file with the U.S. Copyright Office their Statement of Accounts (“SOAs”) and pay any royalty fees due for the July 2025 – December 2025 accounting period by March 2, 2026 (March 1^st falls on a Sunday). Moreover, for the first time, cable operators must use the new forms promulgated by the Copyright Office in its rule published December 12, 2024.
